Helios is 3 years old, Calico with a lot of personality, it's "her way or the highway". Helios is also unusually smart from my observation as she has learned to open doors and cabinets on her own and manipulates people to try to gain items or food that she is not allowed to touch. She is extremely food motivated and therefore easy to teach. She is however not usually a lapcat, she will tolerate you holding and hugging her, but it's not often she comes into your lap and stays there out of her own free will. She is very confident and doesn't hide for long when new people visit. She is also used to big dogs like labradors and is simply "offended" if they are too rowdy for her opinion. Helios is quick to hiss when she is displeased by something but she has never hurt me, she is too shy at the vet and therefore just lays there and lets it happen even if she hates it. Helios has not been around children.
Eos is 2 years old, grey with some stripes and white underbelly. She is quite shy, but once she trusts you - she is extremely cuddly. Eos loves to sleep in my bed during the day and will playfully wrestle with Helios at night. She is not as smart as Helios, but has learned by observing her and she is very athletic and has good agility especially in contrast to Helios. She has pretty much scaled walls for lack of better words just to climb for fun. She hasn't been to the vet much since she's younger but it has not been any major issues with her either. She is very well behaved at home and the only thing she destroys are cardboard boxes given to her, she really loves to chew on them. Eos is also used for bigger dogs like labradors although slightly less. She however was born in a home with 3 small children so I know she'd tolerate a home with kids well.
They are both healthy and have been sterilised, microchipped and vaccinated (up to date). They will let you brush their teeth, cut their nails, and check gums, ears, nose, eyes, nails etc without complaint. They both respond to their names well, Eos maybe a little less. They have both been inside only cats for their entire lives.
